Every once in a while we like to update our FAQ with some of the new questions our customers have been asking. So here are a few of the questions we've been hearing a lot of lately.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes, we have our own customs broker you are welcome to use that can take care of all clearance requirements. But, if you prefer we can also use a customs broker you are already established with and allow them to handle the collection of duties, taxes, and clearance requirements.

Q: Where can I purchase the steel for under my bollard covers?
A: We are happy to be a one stop shop now offering stock steel in two sizes. If your specification requires a different size or finish than we have in stock we are generally able to meet those requirements with a 1-2 week lead time.

Q: I’m purchasing your products for resale, how can I become a distributor?
A: Becoming a distributor is a simple process, just fill out our request for more distributor information form and we’ll be able to provide you will all the forms. We are usually able to have a decision back to you in just a couple days.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Most stock orders ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. If you would like to see how long standard transit time from our Ohio warehouse to your facility would take you can check out our transit map. We are also able to accommodate most guaranteed and expedited shipping requests, but please be sure to call us at 800-516-9287 to check rates and confirm availability of products.

Q: Can I get a sample of the colors to see which will work best for my facility?
A: Yes! Just fill out our color sample request form and we’ll get a set of all our standard bollard cover colors shipped out to you.
