What size BollardGard will fit my bumper guard post?

Measure the outside diameter of the steel pipe straight across the top, from edge to edge. Be sure to measure the biggest possible dimension. Standard bollard pipes are installed in the follwing sizes:

• You need 4” bollard covers for a 4” nominal, schedule 40, outside diameter = 4.500”. If you measure the circumference (around) the pipe it will be about 14”. You need a 4” cover. This will also work for 3” and 3.5” pipe although these are uncommon sizes for pipe bollards.
• You need 7” bollard covers for a 6” nominal, schedule 40, outside diameter = 6.625”. Circumference will be about 21”.
• You need 8” bollard covers for a 8” nominal, schedule 40, outside diameter = 8.625”. Circumference will be about 27”.

When measuring the height of steel bollards, we recommend adding 2-4” to the length of your BollarGard™ order to allow for concrete “domes” and any inconsistency in steel bollard height. Uniform bollard cover height makes for the best looking installation around a property or facility.

8” Bollard Cover Bumper Post Sleeve

• Comes in 1 lenght of 72 inches
• Stock colors that are available are: yellow, black, blue, gray, red, orange, white

• Bollard covers are made of TR-0535 LDPE
• 2 inch bands of reflective tape are also availabel in red, blue, or white.
